4. Exhaust by artificial pedal in combination with the exhaust by filling unit

Connect the exhaust/filling unit to the liquid storage tank, confirm that there is
sufficient braking liquid to turn on the switch. Set up the pressure to 200bars

Repeat the following procedure to exhaust the air in each wheel cylinder.
Sequence: left rear; left front; right front and right rear.

Repeatedly step the brake pedal

Check the travel of pedal

If failed, repeat the exhaust of every wheel

Check the level of brake liquid and assure that it is kept between the max. and min.
levels.
Remark:
● The recommended sequence for X –loop: left rear, left front, right front and right rear
● If decreasing the pressure before opening the screw. The correct grade of filling is normally set
automatically
● During the whole exhaust process, the brake fluid in the tank (container) cannot be lower than the lowest
scale.
