Query Syntax
:WGEN<w>:ARBitrary:DATA:ATTRibute:POINts?
<w> ::= 1 or 2 in NR1 format
The :WGEN<w>:ARBitrary:DATA:ATTRibute:POINts query returns the number of
points used by the current arbitrary waveform.
Return Format
<points> ::= number of points in NR1 format
