On reset, the display format is WIND.

DISPlay:SCReen:FORMat?
The query returns WIND, EXP or FSCR. .
Query Example
DISP:SCReen:FORM FSCR This command sets the display format to full
screen.
DISP:SCR:FORM? This command queries the display format.
