STATus:OPERation:ULFail[:SUMMary]
The operation status upper limit fail summary register set contains information on
the upper limit fail status of the power meter.
The following bits in these registers are used by the power meter:
The appropriate bits are set if a channel upper limit test fails or a window upper
limit test fails.
These bits are cleared if a measurement is made and the test is enabled and
passes.
