SERVice:SENSor[1]|2:CDATe?
This query returns the calibration date in P-Series, E-Series sensors and N8480
Series sensors. Calibration date information is stored in the sensor’s EEPROM.

– If no power sensor is connected, error –241 “Hardware missing” occurs.
– If a a sensor other than a P-Series, N8480 Series or E-Series power sensor is
connected, error –241 “Hardware missing” occurs.
SERV:SENS2:CDATe? This query returns the calibration date of the
P-Series sensor, E-Series sensor or N8480
Series sensor connected to Channel B.
