PPC
When addressed to listen, the PPC (Parallel Poll Configure) command causes the
power meter to be configured according to the parallel poll enable secondary
command which should follow this command.
PPD
Sending the PPC command followed by the PPD (Parallel Poll Disable) command
disables the power meter from responding to a parallel poll. This is effectively a
selective disable.
