PSTatistic[1]|2:CCDF:DATa:MAX <numeric_value>
This command is used to set the maximum value of X-axis CCDF trace.

On reset, the maximum value for CCDF trace X-axis is set to 50 dB.

The query returns the X-axis CCDF trace maximum value.
