SERVice:SENSor[1]|2:TNUMber?
This query returns the tracking number for P-Series and E-Series sensors.
Tracking number information is stored in the sensor’s EEPROM.

– If no sensor is connected, error –241, “Hardware missing” occurs.
– If a a sensor other than a P-Series or E-Series power sensor is connected, error
–241 “Hardware missing” occurs.
SERV:SENS2:TNUM? This query returns the serial number of the
E-Series sensor connected to Channel B.
