Check if the developing unit is extremely dirty. Clean the developing unit.

Check if the pulleys, rollers and gears operate
smoothly.
Grease the bearings and gears.

magnetic clutches: paper feed clutch 1/2, feed
clutch, registration clutch, middle clutch, MP
paper feed clutch and MP paper conveying
clutch
Correct.
