DUPLEX TESTS
Quick Test
This test determines whether the top margin at the back of a duplexed page is set correctly. This prints a
duplexed version of the Quick test page that can be used to adjust the duplex top margin. Use either Letter or
A4 paper.
1 From the Diagnostics menu, navigate to DUPLEX TESTS > Quick Test.
2 Select one of the following:
• Single—Prints a single quick test page.
• Continuous—Continuously prints the quick test pages until the Stop button is pressed.
The printer attempts to print the quick test page from the default paper source. If the default paper source
supports only envelopes, then the page is printed from Tray 1.
