Lexmark 7462 series - Emulation Error, Load Emulation Option

3 Check all cable connections.
4 Connect the power cord to a properly grounded outlet.
5 Turn the printer back on.
If the service message appears again, contact Customer Support, and report the message.
1565 Emulation error, load emulation option
The printer automatically clears the message in 30 seconds and then disables the download emulator on the
firmware card.
To fix this, download the correct download emulator version from the Lexmark Web site at
www.lexmark.com.
