6 Remove the three screws (B) on either side of the laser cover.

7 Remove the redrive assembly. Go to “Redrive assembly removal” on page 374.
8 Remove the sensor (ADF media exit) bracket assembly. Go to “Sensor (ADF media exit) bracket assembly
removal (model X651)” on page 549.
9 Open the front operator panel door.
10 Remove the laser cover.
