5. Installation
Command Set of the CAN Bridge CBM:
R Read the CAN bridge parameter setting
E Copy the parameters to memory
C Delete all parameters from the CAN bridge
Bn:m Baud rate setting: n = 0 for Net0
n = 1 for Net1
m = See Tables 1 and 2
I0:ID I1:ID Filter from NET0 to NET1,
ID stands for the necessary identifier.
I1:ID I0:ID Filter from NET1 to NET0,
ID stands for the necessary identifier.
M1:0:0xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Mask from NET1 to NET0,
all identifier will let pass.
Details can be found in the CAN Bridge CBM manual.
Programming of the CAN Bridge CBM:
Programming is carried out with the help of a terminal program which can send *.txt files.
Connection Line:
For the data transfer, a Null modem line is needed.
Modulation of the Terminal Program:
Baud rate: 9600 kb/s
Data bits: 8
Stop bits: 1
Parity: n
