Assigns the E&M signal. There are three signals available:
Continuous
: Continuous E&M (Wink/Immediate)
Pulsed Ans
: Pulsed E&M with Answer Signal (Wink only)
Pulsed No Ans
: Pulsed E&M without Answer Signal (Wink only)
Selection
Continuous / Pulsed Ans / Pulsed No Ans
