6.26.3 Battery emergency shutdown
Power supply at the emergency switch turned on
ATTENTION
Danger of machine damage.
If this switch is tilted backward while the ignition is on, it can lead to data loss.
It may also seriously damage the exhaust gas after-treatment system (SCR system).
The switch (94) for emergency shutdown of the battery is situated right near the rota-
tion point of the bunker ladder. This switch may be actuated IN CASE OF EMER-
GENCY ONLY.
In an emergency (e.g. fire in the vehicle), swivel the red flap downward and tilt the
switch backward. This disconnects the battery from the vehicle power supply immedi-
ately and without delay by the battery disconnection relay.
