6.16.5 Offset strainer wheel tines
The strainer wheels contain offset strainer wheel tines. They support the conveying
effect of the strainer wheels. In the case of very large beets or steep slopes it may
make sense to increase the number of offset strainer wheel tines. To avoid damage
caused by imbalance, always work with 4 or 6 (or another number of equally distrib-
uted) offset strainer wheel tines.
Offset strainer wheel tine
If a strainer wheel tine is broken, count the remaining number of offset strainer wheel
tines before installing a new strainer wheel tine.
1st strainer wheel: 6 offset strainer wheel tines
2nd strainer wheel: 4 offset strainer wheel tines
3rd strainer wheel: 4 offset strainer wheel tines
