6.8.2.2 Road drive with the additional chassis
In order to comply with the prescribed axle loads on public roads, the three-point sus-
pension must be set to the "three-point suspension transport height" mode. In the
"three-point suspension transport height" mode part of the defoliator-lifting unit weight
is distributed to the additional chassis.
Activation of "three-point suspension transport height"
DANGER
Crushing hazard!
The three-point suspension lowers as soon as the "three-point suspension transport
height" mode is activated.
– Make sure that nobody is in the hazard zone!
– Switch into the operating mode "Road".
– Press and hold the multi-key (11). Push mini joystick (1) to the far forward position
for at least 1 sec. The three-point suspension moves to transport height and lowers.
The icon appears on the R-Touch.
If the three-point suspension is raised with the mini-joystick, e.g. entering field
roads(1), the "three-point suspension transport height" mode is disabled. The icon
disappears on the R-Touch.
