7.6.5 Reduction gears
A reduction gear unit with its own oil circuit is flanged on the differential gears of the
1st rear axle.
The oil level must be checked every 50 operating hours. Checking is performed using
the inspection glass (2).
It is situated in driving direction at the rear left side of gears.
To read the oil level, the machine must be standing on even and level ground. When
the oil level falls without evident reason, indispensably call in a customer service
mechanic.
The oil level can be read at the inspection glass. It must be within the inspection glass
range (in no case above the top edge of the inspection glass!).
The first oil change is required after 50 operating hours, further oil changes must be
performed annually.
The oil drain screw is situated on the front side of the reduction gears.
