Description This alarm is triggered when the authentication fails since the primary or
secondary servers are not reachable.
Recommended Actions Manual intervention is required. Check the web interface for the interface from the
controller to AAA server. Also check if the AAA server can be reached from the
RADIUS server. Ensure that the AAA server is UP.
