5.6 Measurement of Electrical Length

Correct the electrical length by using the phase characteristic until the phase
characteristic becomes flat.
(It may be necessary to turn the knob several times until the phase characteristic
becomes flat.)
This correction value is the electrical length of DUT.
The display on the screen is as follows.
