10.3 Output Level Accuracy and Flatness

The span and output level are fixed. Change the center frequency and obtain data
from the power meter.
Note: Use the calibration factor at the center frequency.
<Check> : Flatness(under the output obtained in Step above at 50 MHz)
2.0dBpp (in 23°C to ±5°C)
For OPT 12 and 13
Flatness = Measurement value + X ≤ 2 dBp-p (at 23°C ±5°C)
For OPT 11, OPT 13 and OPT 14, the flatness is specified in reference to
TEST PORT1.
