(2) Setting using the S-parameter file
The matching circuit can be set using an arbitrary S-parameter file (user defined circuit file)
created by a circuit simulator. The matching circuit is set in T.S file (Touchstone file) format.
There are two matching circuit models for setting methods using the S-parameter file.
• 1-port matching circuit (S1P data file)
The file name of a matching circuit to be attached is fixed for each measurement port as
shown below.
Note: Using a SIP data file means that the port is terminated with the reflection coefficient.
• 2-port matching circuit (S2P data file)
The file name of a matching circuit to be attached is fixed for each measurement port as
shown below.
