14.8.4. Configure legacy generator alarms
Additionally,thealarmsforGenerator Control maybeconfigured.TheGenerator Status Mismatch
alarmwillbeactiveifthereisaGenerator Status Signal Source configured,andthestatusdoesnot
matchwhatisexpected.Forexample,iftheGenerator Command Status indicatesthatthegenerator
shouldberunning,buttheGenerator Status Signal Source indicatesthatitisnot(asreportedinthe
Generator Running statusfield),theGenerator Status Mismatch alarmwillbecomeactive.Similarly,
iftheGenerator Command Status indicatesthatthegeneratorshouldnotberunning,butthesignal
indicatesthatitis,thealarmwillactivate.TheGenerator Running Too Long alarmisdisabledby
default.Ifenabled,itwillindicateifthegeneratorhasrunpasttheMaximum Runtime duetoastart
conditionthatisstilltrue.
