7. Replace the air filter cover.
8. Firmly tighten the captive screws at the top, center, and bottom of the filter cover to
secure it to the chassis, using a Phillips (+) screwdriver, number 2.

Replacing the T640 Standard Lower Front Fan Tray
The lower front fan tray is located below the front air filter. Each standard front fan tray
weighs about 18.6 lb (8.4 kg). The fan trays are hot-insertable and hot-removable. The
standard upper and lower fan trays are interchangeable with each other.
