T640 Connector Interface Panel (CIP) LEDs
Two small LEDs on the left edge of the ETHERNET port indicate activity and the speed
of the connection in use. Table 4 on page 22 describes the functions of the LEDs.
NOTE: For routers with RE-C1800 Routing Engines, see the release notes for
your router regarding more information about the LED behavior for the
ETHERNET port.

The craft interface allows you to view status and troubleshooting information at a glance
and to perform many system control functions. It is hot-insertable and hot-removable.
The craft interface is located on the front of the router above the FPCs and contains the
