8.4.3 RF Phase Settings
The phase in sinusoidal signals defines the initial angle at its origin.
Access:
► Select "RF" > "RF Frequency" > "Phase".
In the "RF Phase" tab, you can determine the delta phase value and reset the
phase to this reference.
The remote commands required to define the settings are described in Chap-
ter 14.19.15, "SOURce:PHASe Subsystem", on page 1187.

Delta Phase
Sets the phase of the RF signal.
The current phase of the signal is used as the reference.
Note: Achieving long-term stable phase-locked coupling. We recommend that you use
the LO coupling feature, if you try to synchronize the output signal with the phase of a
second signal generator for example.
See Chapter 8.6, "Local Oscillator Coupling", on page 482.
Remote command:
[:SOURce<hw>]:PHASe on page 1187
Reset Delta Phase Display
Adopts the selected "Delta Phase" value as the current value, and resets delta phase
to 0 degrees.
