4. Monitoring the safety data change
– When any functional safety data file is changed, the following status
appears.
– Both CSCGF03 shown the monitoring result of the functional safety
data file and CSCFG04 shown the monitoring result of changing
either safety data (if any) will be turned OFF (
〇: abnormal
monitoring).
– Also when any safety related parameter is changed, both CSCFG01
and CSCFG04 will be turned OFF (
〇: abnormal monitoring).
– Also when any machine safety data file is changed, both CSCFG02
and CSCFG04 will be turned OFF (
〇: abnormal monitoring).
