System Permission Description
CONFIGURE DATABASE Configure the database while running
FuelsManager. These changes are instantly
configured into the database
CONFIGURE ALARMS Configure global alarm definitions in
FMDataManager

Configure Archive Manager for start times,
intervals, and historical periods for data to be
archived
