MULTIPLE CAMERA BI-DIRECTIONAL SETUP
With the release of Software Version 5.0 and higher the AV7000 supports bidirectional
conveyor travel. A Datalogic Bidirectional system is an application where you can
change the direction of the conveyor. To accommodate a Bidirectional system, an addi-
tional photocell is required, as well as other sp
ecial equipment and software settings as
follows:
• Special tachometer bracket to more securely fasten the tachometer to the con-
veyor
• An additional photocell to signal in the reverse direction
• A customer supplied switch (relay) to indicate to the system in which direction the
c
onveyor is going
• Special bidirectional software settings
