DTC 23 Working signal to the fuel gauge
Check Display State Measures
Wait for 2s after the
DTC 23 chosen.
The fuel gauge will display as per
the following order every 2s:
l F→1/2→E→F (constant
display)
The fuel gauge is normal.
Other than the above cases. Replace the combination
instrument.
Replace the combination instrument.
DTC 24 Water temperature signal.
Combination instrument connectors

Steps Check Display Measures

Disconnect the unit connector
of water temperature sensor
and choose DTC 24.
Go to the next step.
Other than the
above-said display.
Replace the combination instrument

Connect the combination
instrument terminal 3E with
the grounding
Go to the next step.
Other than the
above-said display.
Replace the combination instrument.

Use the special tool (fuel and
temperature tester) or the
resistance to input the
resistance 20Ω into the
combination instrument
terminal 3E.
Go to the next step.
Other than the
above-said display.
Replace the combination instrument.
