5. Verify that the auger drive sprocket (A) is engaging the
chain (B) completely through the adjustment slot (C).

NOTE:
If the auger drive sprocket (A) is not properly engaged,
you will need to adjust the chain tension. Refer to 5.7.3
Adjusting Auger Drive Chain Tension, page 359.

6. Rotate the auger (A) by hand, in the reverse direction,
until it cannot turn anymore.
7. Mark a line (B) across the drum and bottom cover (C).
NOTE:
The line gets marked on the bottom cover because the
top cover needs to be removed If chain tension
adjustment is required.
