The M1240 Windrower is Dual Direction
®
, meaning the windrower can be driven in cab-forward or engine-forward
modes. Right and left designations are therefore determined from the operators position, facing the direction of travel.
This manual uses the terms right cab-forward, left cab-forward , right engine-forward, and left engine-forward
when referencing specific locations on the machine.
Unless otherwise noted, use the standard torque values provided in Chapter 8.1 Torque Specifications, page 501 of this
document.
Keep this manual handy for frequent reference and to pass on to new Operators or Owners. A manual storage case is
located in the cab.
Call your MacDon Dealer if you need assistance, information, or additional copies of this manual.
