squares where RRI and RSC cross. When
unassigned, RES for the corresponding item is
recognized as 0 (Restriction Status).
0 = Restricted
1 = Connection is allowed
2 = Toll (Conditional) Restriction

Enter the trunk route number assigned by the
ARTD/ATRK commands.
