1. General
This command is used to activate Virtual Tie Line urgently.
2. Precautions
This command is used in the following conditions.
a.) When a failure is occurred in a Virtual Tie Line, causing a link release.
b.) When use the Virtual Tie Line urgently.
3. Data Entry Instructions
Enter a “Y” for Yes, or a “N” for No.
