RESTRICTION DATA (RES) is assigned in the
squares where RRI and RT cross. When unassigned,
RES for the corresponding item is recognized as “0”
(Restriction Status).
0 = Restricted
1 = Connection is allowed
2 = Toll (Conditional) Restriction
Note:
RES=2 can be set only when PRI-3.
