Description This command enables the use of bi-directional forwarding (BFD) to control the state of the
associated protocol interface. By enabling BFD on a given protocol interface, the state of the
protocol interface is tied to the state of the BFD session between the local node and the remote
node. The parameters used for the BFD are set via the BFD command under the IP interface.
The no form of this command removes BFD from the associated BGP protocol peering.
Default no bfd-enable

Description This command configures the BGP authentication key for all peers.
The keychain allows the rollover of authentication keys during the lifetime of a session.
Default no auth-keychain
Parameters name — Specifies the name of an existing keychain, up to 32 characters, to use for the
specified TCP session or sessions.
