Adjust share depth of all rows synchronously
Adjustment is performed using the keys (12) and (13) on the joystick.
(12) Set all share bodies upwards (flatter lifting)
(13) Set all share bodies downwards (deeper lifting)
The lifting depth is displayed in the lifter/defoliator display area while all rows are lifting
at the same share depth.
If different rows are at different lifting depths only the single-row adjustment is shown
in the display area. The share depth display is hidden in the lifter/defoliator display
area if some rows have different share depths.
If the share depth is synchronously adjusted a different height ratio is maintained for
all rows.
