This signal releases the punching strokes via the PLC.
1 signal: The stroke is locked, the NC may not trigger a punching stroke.
Signal state 0 or

0 signal: Punching stroke is available. As long as release is not set, the NC may perform a
punching stroke

This signal enables the triggering of a single stroke in manual mode.
