othersystemsonboard.TheES80allowsyoutoexportthesamesensordatathatwas
originallyimported.Thiscan"reuse"thesameinformationonothersystems.TheRelay
Outputpageisusedtosetupandcontrolthisexportfunctionality.
Prerequisites
Thisprocedureassumesthat:
•YouhaveavacantinterfaceportonyourProcessorUnit.
•YouarefamiliarwithNMEAandotherrelevantdatagramformats.
•Youknowhowtosetuptheparametersforserialandlocalareanetwork(LAN)
communication.
Context
TheinformationimportedtotheES80fromvarioussensorscanalsobeusefulfor
othersystemsonboardyourvessel.TheES80allowsyouto"re-export"thissensor
information.Whenactivated,theselectedsensorinformationissentoutonthechosen
communicationport(serialorLAN)ontheProcessorUnit.
