TheStartFrequencyandEndFrequencyparametersareusedtosetupafrequency
sweep("chirp").Iftheparametersforstartandendfrequenciesareunavailable,the
transducerusedontherelevantchanneldoesnotsupportwidebandtransmissions.
Inordertousethefrequencysweep("chirp")functionality,youmustusefrequency
modulated(FM)pulses.
Note
Frequencymodulated(FM)transmissionisanoptionalfunction.Inordertouse
thisfunctionality,adedicatedsoftwarelicenseisrequired.Contactyoulocal
dealerformoreinformation.
Itisveryimportantthatthetransduceryouareusingcompliestothefrequencies
youchoose.Thefrequencyrangeofeachtransducerisdenedinthetransducer
setuple.Ifyouchooseafrequencyrangethatisnotsupported,anderrormessage
willappear .
