TheSynchronizationDelayfunctionalityisunavailableifyouusethe Auxiliary
portonyourWideBandTransceiver(WBT)tosynchronizetheES80.
SynchronizationPort
Thisistheinterfaceportcurrentlyusedtotransmitorreceivesynchronization
signals.ItcanbeaserialportoraconnectionusingtheAuxiliarysocketonthe
WideBandTransceiver(WBT).Sincethesynchronizationfunctiononlyusesthe
RequestToSend(RTS)andClearToSend(CTS)signalsonaserialport,youcan
useaportthatisalreadyusedforotherpurposes.Forthesamereason,youdonot
needtodeneanybaudrate.
Note
IfyouusemorethanoneWideBandTransceiver(WBT)inyourES80system,
allsynchronizationinputsignalstothe
Auxiliary portsmustbeprovidedby
thesamesource.IndividualsynchronizationofasingleWideBandTransceiver
(WBT)isnotsupported.
IfyouusemorethanonecomputerinyourES80system,thesynchronizationinputs
tothe
Auxiliary portscannotbeused.Thisfunctionalityisnotsupported.
Ifyouusethetriggerfunctionalityprovidedbythe
Auxiliary connectorthe
WideBandTransceiver(WBT),theES80cannotoperateinMastermode.This
functionisnotsupportedbytheES80.
