TocommunicatewiththeWideBandTransceiver(WBT),ahighqualityEthernet
adapterisrequired.TwoadaptersarerequirediftheProcessorUnitshallalsobe
connectedtoalocalareanetwork(LAN).
TheEthernetadaptercommunicatingwiththeWideBandTransceiver(WBT)must
offeraReceiveBuffersfunction.Thisparametermustbesettoitsmaximumvalueif
morethanoneWideBandTransceiver(WBT)isused.

Thenumberofseriallinesdependsontheinterfacerequirements.
IfyouhaveconnectedaUSB-to-serialadaptertotheProcessorUnit,donotremove
itwhiletheES80isrunning.DonotmovetheadaptertoadifferentUSBsocket
ontheProcessorUnit.

TheES80softwarehasbeendesignedforWindows10.Itwillalsoworkon32-bit
systems.Windows7isalsosupported.OperatingsystemsolderthanWindows7
arenotsupported.
