TheMessagesdialogboxallowsyoutoreadandacknowledgethemessagesissued
bytheES80.
Howtoopen
ToopentheMessagesdialogbox,selectMessagesonthetopbar.Whenanew
messageisissuedbytheES80,thebuttononthetopbarashes.Thecolour
ofthetrianglereectstheseverityofthemostseriousmessage.Ifyouholdthe
cursoroverthebutton,ashortlistofthecurrentmessagesisshown.
Description
MessagesfromtheES80canberelatedtoanytypeofhardwareorsoftwareerrors.
Messagesalsocommunicateeventsrelatedtotheoperationalperformanceand
conditions.Themessagesaredividedintodifferenttypesrelatedtotheirimportance.
Warningsareindicatedwithayellowcolour,whileerrorsareindicatedwitharedcolour.
TheMessagesdialogboxshowsyoutherelevantinformation,thesourceofthe
information,andthetimeofthemessage.Youcanselectamessagetexttocopyittothe
largertextboxunderthetable.Thismakeabbreviatedmessageseasiertoread.Several
messagetypesareused.Thedialogboxoffersonepageforeachtype.
