Thetopbargivesyoufastaccesstokeyfunctionalityandnavigationalinformation.
Itprovidesbuttonstohideorshowthemenu,tomonitordatarecording,toopenthe
Messagesdialogbox,andtoopenthecontextsensitiveon-linehelp.Whichnavigational
elementstoseeonthetopbarisselectedintheDisplayOptionsdialogbox.Itcontrols
thelocationofthemenu.Youcanalsoselectwhichtooltipstoappearwhenyoumove
thecursorovertheechograms.
