Caution
YoumustneverstartES80transmissions("pinging")whentheshipisindrydock.The
transducermaybedamagedifittransmitsinopenair.
Procedure
1MakesurethateachWideBandTransceiver(WBT)isturnedon.
TheWideBandTransceiver(WBT)powersupplyisttedwithanon/offswitch.
2Turnonthedisplay.
Ifrequired,refertotheinstructionsprovidedbythedisplaymanufacturer.
3TurnontheProcessorUnit.
Waitwhiletheoperatingsystemloads.
4Double-clicktheES80iconontheProcessorUnitdesktoptostarttheprogram.
5Selectusersettings.
Duringtheprogramload,adialogboxappearstoletyouchoosefromthecurrent
usersettingsavailableontheES80.Thedialogboxisonlyvisibleafewseconds.
Youdonotneedtomakeachoicehere.Youcanselectyourpredenedusersetting
atanytimebymeansoftheUserSettingsdialogboxontheMainmenu.
