yourtrawlarelocated.

echogramviewtomakeit"active".
SelectEchogramontheActivemenu.SelecttheLines
tabtoopenthepage.OntheLinespage,enablethe
TrawlLinefunction.
Description
Trawlsensorsystems(suchasSimradPI,PXand
ITI)communicateheadropedepth,and/orthedistance
fromtheheadropetothefootrope(trawlopening),to
theES80atregularintervals.Theinformationcanbe
usedtodrawtheupperand/orlowertrawllinesinthe
ES80echogram.Ifanothertrawlorcatchmonitoring
systemisused,andthissystemdoesnotprovidethetrawlopeningand/ortrawldistance
automatically,thevaluesmustbeenteredmanually.
Ifyouhaveacompatiblecatchmonitoringsysteminuse,youcanusetheTrawlLine
functiontomonitorthedepthoftheapplicablesensors.
Thedistancefromtheheadropetothefootrope(trawlopening)canbemanuallyseton
theTrawlpage.Thisisusefulfortrawlsensorsystemsthatdonotmeasurethetrawl
opening,orwhenthemeasureddistanceisunreliable.Youcanalsoprovidethedistance
fromthevesseltothetrawlopening.Thedepthoftheheadropemusthoweverbe
importedfromthecatchmonitoringsystem.TheTrawlpageislocatedintheInstallation
dialogbox.
Thisisavisualenhancement.ItdoesnothaveanyeffectontheES80performance.
