TheES80allowsyoutoexportthesamesensordatathatwasoriginallyimported.This
can"reuse"thesameinformationonothersystems.TheRelayOutputpageisusedtoset
upandcontrolthisexportfunctionality.
Prerequisites
TheOutputdialogboxisnotavailablewhenyourES80issettoInactivemode.
Howtoopen
ThispageislocatedintheOutputdialogbox.TheOutputdialogboxislocatedon
theSetupmenu.
Description
TheinformationimportedtotheES80from
varioussensorscanalsobeusefulforother
systemsonboardyourvessel.TheES80allows
youto"re-export"thissensorinformation.When
activated,theselectedsensorinformationissent
outonthechosencommunicationport(serialor
LAN)ontheProcessorUnit.
Thefollowingsensordatacanbeexported:
•Navigation
•Motionsensor
Onceanoutputtypehasbeendened,itislisted
intheInstalledOutputsboxontheleftsideof
thepage.Toseetherelevantoutputparameters,
selectanyoutputinthelist.Youcaneditthe
outputparameters,ordeletetheoutputformat
tostoptheexport.
Note
Inthiscontext,thephrase"sensor"isusedtodescribeanexternaldeviceproviding
informationthatisusefuloressentialforES80operation.Typicalsensorsarethose
providingnavigationalinformation(heading,speedorgeographicalposition)orvessel
movementsinthesea(motionsensors).
Youcannotdenethecommunicationportparametershere.Ifyouneedtoadjustthese,
youmustselectI/OSetupafter
