Youcanexportthedataonacommunicationport(serialorLAN)ontheProcessor
Unit.
•Port:SelectPortifyouwishtosendtheinformationtoacommunicationporton
yourProcessorUnit.SelectwhichserialorLANporttousefortheoutputdata.
•InspectPort:OnceyouhaveselectedaserialorEthernetcommunicationport,
selectInspectPorttoinspectthecurrentportparameters.Therelevantport
setupdialogboxopens.Youarenotpermittedtomakeanychanges.
Youcannotdenethecommunicationportparametershere.Ifyouneedto
adjustthese,youmustselectI/OSetupafteryouhavedenedthedataoutput
parameters.TheI/OSetuppageislocatedintheInstallationandOutputdialog
boxes.
•Monitor:SelectMonitortoopenthePortMonitordialogbox.ThePortMonitor
dialogboxallowsyoutostudythecommunicationstreamonthechosenserial
lineorLANport.
Add
SelectAddtostartexportofthechosendataformat.Onceanoutputtypehasbeen
dened,itislistedintheInstalledOutputsboxontheleftsideofthepage.
Remove
Onceanoutputtypehasbeendened,itislistedintheInstalledOutputsboxon
theleftsideofthepage.Toremovetheoutput,selecttherelevantformatinthe
InstalledOutputsbox,andthenselectRemove.
Edit
Onceanoutputtypehasbeendened,itislistedintheInstalledOutputsboxon
theleftsideofthepage.Toeditthesettingsofaspecicoutput,selectitinthe
InstalledOutputsbox,andthenselectEdit.Onceyouhavenishededitingthe
outputsettings,selectSavetokeepthechanges.
