TheES80offersseveralinformationpanestoprovideadditionalanddetaileddatafrom
theES80presentation.Theinformationpanesareopenedandclosedusingthebuttons
onthetopbar.
Beforeyouopenaninformationpane,youmustrstclickinanechogramviewtomake
it"active".Bydoingthisyouselectthechannel.Inthiscontext,thephrasechannel
isusedasacommontermtoidentifythecombinationoftransceiver,transducerand
operatingfrequency.
Selecttherelevantbuttononthetopbartoopentheinformationpane.
Inmostcases,thedataintheinformationpaneisonlyvalidfortheselectedchannel.
Toclosetheinformationpane,selectthebuttononthetopbaronemoretime.Youcan
alsoselectCloseinthetoprightcornerofthepane.

TheHistoryinformationpaneallowsyoutoviewpreviouslyrecordedechogram
sequences.Donotconfusethisfunctionwiththerecordingfunctionality.TheHistory
functionsavestheechogramimagesautomaticallyontheProcessorUnitharddisk
