WhentheES80starts,itisveryimportantthatitdetectsthebottomcorrectly.Inmost
casesthiswilltakeplaceautomatically.However,wehaveexperiencedthatlarge
schoolsofshordifcultbottomconditionshavedeceivedtheES80todisplaythe
wrongdepth.Inthesecasesthesoundermaydisplaythebottomat0,0metersatthetop
oftheshschool.InordertoaidtheES80tolocatethecorrectdepth,youmustadjustto
bottommaximumandminimumrangesaccordingtotheactualbottomdepth.
